  • get involved with what we love doing, enabling us to experience FLOW. Flow is being fully absorbed by something we love doing whilst being challenged to use our skills without it being too difficult or too easy.

  • overcome negative obstacles within ourselves. Rather than belittling what we want or need, we do our best to make it happen - ensuring of course that this is healthy and positive.

  • prevent bullying and dominating personalities get the better of us. Alternative to pressuring or bullying others to get our way.
