In order to experience 'Flow' and develop our personal skills and interests we need to set up boundaries. We have to learn to say 'no' to certain activities and people in order to give enough attention to what we love.

You can feel disconnected from your real self unless you take time and courage to build a strong fortress around your own safety and well-being. If you allow others to run your life it can be damaging to your self-confidence and mental health. Co-operation and equality is key.

People who are assertive about their goals and respectfully pursue their 'dreams' are better liked and trusted by others
