Taking time out to welcome a problem and work our way through it benefits our health and well-being.

By brain-storming and throwing in all sorts of ideas we are creating positive brain-activity which stimulates our creativity and helps us to find solutions.

By looking at the pros & cons of each solution little by little a suitable solution emerges, perhaps a combination of solutions.

When we take action and then review whether it worked, we can decide whether we need to brainstorm again and get other people's ideas onboard.
