Gratitude or Appreciation has been shown to contribute to 25% of our Happiness.

It isn't just saying 'thank you' for this and 'thank you' for that.

We take a few moments to sit with a good experience to allow it to store in our long-term memory also called the hippocampus.
Thus we are building a reserve of positive brain activity which will stand to us when we have problems and challenges which need our attention.

Positive brain activity creates energy, optimism and successful problem-solving.
