FOLLOW-ON to Session Three:
Loving Kindness meditation, wishing others well.
Loving-Kindness meditation helps us to feel safer in a world where often we receive negative news about the bad behaviour of other people.
Focusing on the bad behaviour of other people activates our defence system which then drains our immune system and discourages us from trusting people around us.
Of course we need to be careful who we trust but having good will towards others enables us to move on. We are not paralysed by feelings of criticism or judgement by others as we are busy sending out good wishes.
